I would reccomend you don't use local bridge for this net card and use VirtualNat.
In order to have access from VirtualNAT to server you can:

1. Connect from server to localhost
or
2. Disable Kernel mode NAT

Please, read documentation.

You should create a virtial hub and create bridge between it and NIC02.
Then on the virtual hub create Virtual NAT and enable DHCP ( with needed adresses ) without default router and push route to your local to clients.

You can't access from server to virtual net or from client to server virtual address. Because it is virtual net and server has not interface with ip-address from this net. SoftEther VPN Server is the best solution for you.
Because it works on L2.
You have to install SE in 2 points: One in US and second in Hungary.
Server in US has to make cascade connection to server in Hungary. So, all networks wiil be as one ethernet(L2) segment.

Now you can create your vpn's shortcut on desktop. Do it in vpnclient.
Double click on desktop by this shortcut makes connect.
Next double click makes disconnect. It is easy)

1. Try to get adress from build-in in SoftEther DHCP server.
2. Reboot NAS.
3. On Windows Server 2008 SE works very fine, predictable, without surprises.

From buid-in DHCP in SoftEther or from you local net connected to eth1?
Anyway ip address on vpn session has to be in same subnet with eth1 - 192.168.0.0

You can't connect to server's virtual address.
You have to create local bridge on internal netcard and virtual hub.

Ok, some little details:
If SoftEther has enabled L2TP server than you can not establish L2TP connection from this machine to another SoftEther server(another kind of servers I did not check).
When you disable L2TP on SoftEther you can establish L2TP connection.

After delete SoftEther server - L2TP client start working :)
But I think it is bug. Please, fix it.

L2TP doesn't work after install SoftEther server

I fount out that if install SofthEther client and server on the same machine - build in windows 7/2008r2 L2TP client doesn't work with error 789.
