In simple terms you can't, the VPNGate functionality of SoftEther VPN for linux is not enabled and it probably won't compile if you tried to enable it let alone work properly.

As BoredAus said, at the moment, the "easiest" way to go is open up a windows virtual machine on your centos server and run the VpnGate plugin because it's not available for Linux.
