How do you set your vpn client to set UDP when automatically

How do you set your vpn client to set UDP when automatically connecting?
I have to use fixed 5 ip addresses every day. but I found most servers are available sometimes and unavailable sometimes. thus I have decided to make 5 vpn connections so I just use same 5 ip addresses by just clicking on it.
but, with my computer I can connect public vpn relay servers only using UDP protocols. I can't do it using TCP protocols. and I can use UDP protocols only when I enter public relay vpn server list by myself. I want to set it to connect 5 same IP addresses using UDP protocols but I can't figure out what to do in properties screen.
It appears to just connect using TCP protocols when connecting autumatically. I guess that's why it can't connect when connecting automatically.
So my point is
I want to configure it to have a 5 different IP addresses.
