ways to protect yourself when your connection fails

I welcome friends.
Prompt please methods to protect itself when your communication of SoftEther VPN Client interrupts? To me programs which are suitable for OpenVPN are known, but they aren't suitable for SoftEther VPN. :(
Possibly in settings of the client there is such function?

SoftEther VPN can re-connect automatically when the connection is disconnected.

I just need to quite the contrary.
How to block incoming traffic after the connection is lost?

Such behavior can't be realized automatically.
You can deny succeeding connection by expiring the user.
