connection problem

connection problem

I installed Softether vpn server on my own VPS.
when I connect I have internet for 60 second after that no internet connection between VPS and I. just local connection .

any idea about this problem??

is it illegal to use VPN where you leaving? are there any restrictions being done by your ISP?

:) well they have upgraded the filtering system with heavy shaping of the TCP & UDP protocols on almost every available port. which results in a very unstable tunnel connection.
