Error Code 2, no IP change IF connected.

Hello, its second day of my using of this program and its gave me nothing more but "error code 2"
I just dont know what to do.
Yesterday i was able to connect to most VPN's using TCP protocol, it said that i got IP but it's not changing.
Today i could connect only to FEW VPN's using TCP, to others i could connect via UDP protocol. and yet still not result.
Need help.

The only VPN's that works for me are MS-SSTP and they are from site.
SoftEther shows either error 2 or connected without changing IP.
Also i upsing L2TP internet connection yet cant use L2TP VPN.

Sometimes there may the problem of the firewall.

I dont have firewall. I turned it off.
It could be problem of L2TP connection but i dont know how to fix it. Is there clear guide how to use that software with L2TP connection of internet?

Try to connect with Softether with default port 443

Problem resolved:
SKYPE was using ports 80 and 443.
EDIT: was resolved for once. And then stopped working again.
EDIT: i found way to use it. There are some servers that do not have port. I guess i will use em.

bump. So is there the way to fix that IP is not showing when connecting to servers WITH port? its stopped showing.
