Client can't use internal services on SoftEther VPN server

Greetings!
I have installed SoftEther VPN Server on Windows Server 2012 R2 with L2TP over IPsec.
DHCP server on SothEther VPN Server gives IPs to clients in range 192.168.77.10-192.168.77.250, no gateway, no DNS. Client doesn't use VPN server as Default Gateway.
Connection works well: client can connect and take IP, ping server's IP - 192.168.77.1.

On Windows Server 2012 I have working application - 1C. I want my clints to connect to that application.
Using OpenVPN server i can see Virtual Adapter created for OpenVPN-server using TAP-driver and can pass incoming connections to this interface in Windows Firewall.
But with SoftEther VPN L2TP I cannot see any Adapters or Interfaces.
I cannot see any routes to DHCP network, like I can with OpenVPN.
Looks like Windows knows nothing about SothEther VPN network, clients, etc. and clients cannot connect to internal services of Windows 2012 R2.
But 2 connected clients can establish connection to each other and can measure traffic speed with "Network Traffic Speed Test Tool".
How can I let VPN clients in to internal services on Windows 2012 R2?
Thanks to all :)

The virtual hub is isolated.
Please install the VPN client and connect to the virtual hub on itself.

Thanks for your reply.
Like you sad I've installed SoftEther VPN Client on same machine where SoftEther VPN Server is.
Now clients can reach internal services.
Is there any way to do the same but without VPN Client on the Server Machine?
Thx again :)

If you allow access to existing LAN for VPN client user, you can use localbridge.
