Is there a way to connect to a certain server,knowing it's ip address,even if i can't find it in the server list?

use general softether vpn client.

what do you mean by "general" ? must i download another version of the softether vpn client manager?

What do you mean by "a way to connect"? Standard client is not enough? Create a new connection, put your IP and have fun.

You published your question without pointing to your OS, softether version, even didn't say what server list (???) you were talking about. If you want to get real answer ask your question correctly . At least you could attach some screenshots. Respect your time. Or you can wait somebody who can read your thoughts.
