Problem On Centos 7

Hi and Thanks for helping me , i want install Softether VPN Server on Centos 7 , i do every step until 7.3.6 after that not work , when move vpnserver folder to /usr/local/ and when set chmod 600 * , ooooops i can't find vpncmd on vpnserver folder and i find one vpncmd.a on /usr/local/vpnserver/code , so i decide use this instead vpncmd but not work , i can't install Softether VPN Server can you help me please?

i get this error when type ./vpncmd
./vpncmd: line 1: syntax error near unexpected token `newline'
./vpncmd: line 1: `!<arch>'

This need install Development Via Below Codes:
1. yum groupinstall Development Tools -y
2. yum install zlib-devel -y
#1 Security, Speed, and customer service ;)
