Linux routing noob questions

Hey everyone. I'm currently running a SoftEther VPN Server on one device and client on another linux device & my windows laptop.
My windows laptop works perfectly fine when connecting to the VPN server - however, I need help setting up linux routing to direct all traffic through the VPN tunnel.
Attached is my ip setup and I was hoping if anyone had any idea what I n eeded to do to redirect my traffic on this box through the VPN like how it automatically does on windows.
