Connecting cisco CSR1000V router to SoftEther over l2tpv3

Hi,
Can someone send me instructions how to connect a cisco CSR1000V router to SoftEther over l2tpv3?
I tried following the manual at https://www.softether.org/4-docs/2-howt ... uter_Setup but it seems to be outdated.
Specifically, the bridge-group command does not exist.
