Check your DHCP server, is it giving out a /32 instead of a /24?

No, I can see in my DHCP configuration :
my Mask is 255.255.255.0
The IP are from 192.168.30.30
to 192.168.30.60
When a device is connected to the VPN, his IP is good (...30.30) but the mask is 255.255.255.255 :s

Do a traceroute and see the first hop. If you see the first hop is 192.168.30.1, it is normal.

I can't do a traceroute because I can't communicate with Android. When I try "tracert 192.168.30.30" from the ...30.31 machine, my Android device (30.30) doesn't reply.
