manage vpn account through a website

I would like to know is there are any way that I can manage the VPN server through webpage? I want to create user account, change account setting through a webpage instead of the GUI.

No, it is currently not possible to do this.

There is no such tool (as i'm aware of)for the moment but you can create it yourself. You can interact with/manage the server through vpncmd (a command line tool for softether).
