i don't know if this the right place for this but...
i want to have the ability to assign static ip address to user, group or any other element you can think of.
why do i need that...
currently, i am using Microsoft's RRAS which gives me this ability and i configure my firewalls according to the IP's.
Now, what about the appliances the don't have firewalls ? like an ADSL router...
MS-RRAS use subnet ip filtering rather then the ability to use single ip filtering { i can configure the ip with 255.255.255.255 as a subnet but...} and Softether has a great packet filtering module which combined with static ip assignment will give the perfect solution to my problem.

SoftEther is L2 VPN.
Basically, SoftEther VPN doesn't handle IP.
Assigning IP address is not VPN server task.
SoftEther provide virtual DHCP service.
However, it's very simple function DHCP.
What kind of client do you use?
