Set QNAP static VPN IP or fixing QNAP Hostname problem

Hello,
I am trying to assign a static IP for QNAP for VPN clients in VPN server. Due to no name resolving for QNAP in VPN connection I have to make it static. I couldn't find an area to make it static. OpenVPN cfg file doesn't accept to make a client give it self a static IP. QNAP hostname can be resolved in LAN but not VPN. If this can be solved it would be enough. Windows clients can see each other over their hostnames. VPN server is only for file sharing, no gateway use
NAS IP 192.168.2.100
DNS 192.168.1.1
VPN server 100.100.100.100
Clients VPN Block 1.1.1.0
Client VPN DNS none (due to www resloving over vpn)
Thanks
