SoftEther L2TP/IPSec and Android

To whom it may concern.
I saw many questions on this subject without proper answers.
I had device with Android 4.0.4. All my attempts to connect it
to SoftEther L2TP/IPSec were unsuccessful.
Now I have smartphone with Android 7.0, it connects without problems.
So we can talk about incompatibility of SoftEther L2TP/IPSec and old Android versions.
Same time my Android 4.0.4 device connects no problem to Cisco or OpenSwan
versions of L2TP/IPSec servers.
Is there a chance to locate and fix this incompatibility
in next SoftEther VPN releases?
