now i try to use softether windows 2012 and radius server and connext to radius ubuntu. i config

ubuntu X.X.X.X key l2vpn same softether on windows .when user connet vpn is Can't connect vpn

i check database user aaa pass 123456 when connect vpn in put user aaa pass 123456 i try check
softether SENT THIS MESSGE "@$^%$^$$^$^ IS NOT MATH IN DATABASE SO I CAN NOT CONNECT VPN

PLEASE HELP ME
