Noob! Thanks for VPN Gate ’n related stuff. Old Mac running OS X 10.4. I configured Tunnelblick the way your pages showed and both that with OpenVPN and Internet Connect with L2TP work. http://www.vpngate.net/en/ gives me the changed IP but https://www.whatismyip.com/ and others of its ilk still show the original. What’s up?

Solved, well, kinda sorta… Shut off computer overnight. Today, http://whatismyip.host/my-ip-address-details correctly shows changed IP.

As of now, I’m unable to send email via Thunderbird 3, when connected, but Vuze 5.6 BitTorrent client seems to be working.
