Downloaded latest vpn client for linux 4.25-9656
Extract on linux Gentoo
Run make and get error below

relocation R_X86_64_32 against `StopProcess' can not be used when making a shared object; recompile with -fPIC
code/vpnclient.a: error adding symbols: Bad value

Any idea ?
