Access list for users or groups

Hi All,
I want to restrict the possibility for specific vpn users / group to access certain resources (IP-addresses) in my LAN.
For this I thought the usage of the "Access list" feature (Manage Access Lists) in virtual Hub settings might be a good idea.
So I entered the specific user group (External.user) to the fields "Source Name" and "Destination Name" of the rule which should permit accessing users in this group to access e.g. 192.168.1.7.
Unfortunately it didn´t work - all users can access 192.168.1.7. (see attachment below)

Then i tried to remove the user group from the fields "Source Name" and "Destination Name" - and .... it worked -but of course for all users.
So what´s wrong with my settings, how can I restrict the access to 192.168.1.7 for this External.user group.
I would very much appreciate any hint or tip to solve this issue !
very best regards,
Walter
