Hi!

Is it possible when I start Windows to open SoftEther VPN Client Manager and automatically connect to a VPN?

Not sure about the client, but if you have L2TP enabled you can create a scheduled task at windows bootup time, to trigger rasdial with the name of your l2tp connection. I can confirm that that works excellently.
Not the right answer to your question, but an alternative. good luck

as a follow up and a proper answer to your question. Yes. There's a button.
Right-click your vpn connection in client manager, and click "Set as Startup Connection". done.

I like my l2tp approach better, because it allows you to create a Windows Active Directory domain joined computer, through a VPN, which is sweet as ****. So my virtual server at bootup remotely connects to the VPN, enabling the windows domain logins to work, making the computer effectively a tunneled active directory pc. /o.o/

Anyway... figured I'd mention it, since no on else replied with the super simple answer.
