I cannot uninstall Softether VPN client!

Hello
As you can see in the title, I am not able to uninstall Softether VPN Client.
Everytime I open teh uninstaller and click next, it says:" The setup program has been executed from outside an install source.
Unable to continue installation."
Please help me since this program is using up a lot of ram and it makes my pc a bit slow.

I think some files are broken. Please overwrite the client once by installer and uninstall it.
