Connection OK but No Ping

Hello
I am using softether since 2 years.
There are sites which are connecting to main site (so total 4). All of them are working well till now.
At main site, our PC hardware is very old so I am planing to have new pc.
In new pc i configured exactly same as our current pc, even I saved config file from current working pc and loaded it to new pc.
Issue is, only one remote site can be ping. All sites are seen connected under Manage session. Even at remote site it says successfully connected to main site.
However only one site can be pinged.
Also there is no fix site which is being ping everytime.
If i restart main site server, then it is some other site working.
Means if remote "Site A" is working but Site B and C cannot be ping.
If i restart server then it might be only "Site C" can ping and Site A and B goes into non-ping state.
However all of them are always says connected in Manage sessions.
Even under Mac Table and IP table of all those sites, i do see everything in list.
But no ping.
With same configuration, in my current old pc everything works very well.
Pls help me to resolve this.
