Acquiring the networking information from the DHCP server failed

i've softether installed and working since 2-3 years
this afternoon, i cant connect any more, in logs i see:
"2018-05-14 16:14:25.867 L2TP PPP Session [95.237.92.111:1701]: Acquiring the IP networking information such as subnet mask and the default gateway information from the DHCP server.
2018-05-14 16:14:30.872 L2TP PPP Session [95.237.92.111:1701]: Acquiring the networking information from the DHCP server failed. To accept a PPP session, you need to have a DHCP server. Make sure that a DHCP server is working normally in the Ethernet segment which the Virtual Hub belongs to. If you do not have a DHCP server, you can use the Virtual DHCP function of the SecureNAT on the Virtual Hub instead.

i've tried to reboot server, but it doesnt work
dhcp in my lan is ok
how is it possible that suddenly stop working?
what happens?

i've 2 dhcp server, the backup dhcp server is on the same server of softether, and it is a linux server
can this be a problem ?

using openvpn it works, using l2tp/ipsec doesn't
what the hell is happened ?

Do you enable the localbridge?
If so, is it tap mode?
