insufficient explanations in softether.org

After spending a lot of time reading original SE pages i came to this:
source code (I used v4.25 rtm) contains everything to build vpnserver, vpnbridge, vpnclient and vpncmd ?
so 4 exe files and hamcore.se2 is the output
here i was confused by package.ipk v4.21 for A5V11 mipsel device, its author installs ALL automatically by script, this is not right?
This package is available on internet
I want to make simple conection of 2 routers with softether running on them
So I install on first only vpnserver + vpncmd
On the second vpnbridge + vpncmd
(not everything on each device)
then i can use windows server manager for both devices? vpnserver and vpnbridge?
Please help explain very basic things as they are overlooked by authors as they are trivial but vital?
Why they do not call it windows server/bridge manager?
