I’ve been using ExpressVPN for Canada a little over a year now. They keep no record of your personal/identifiable information. I’ve been able to use it without any decrease of speed or a single hiccup since the day of purchase. Their 24/7 support team is always there to guide you whenever you ping them. Plus, you can choose any VPN server from their three different Canadian locations i.e. Montreal, Vancouver and Toronto. And they’re most economical. You can also check other options from here. I found this blog for Best Canadian VPN Services very helpful.

There are many better VPN service in Canada to gain access to Netflix and Hulu, but I have just heard the news from my friend, Hulu does not work with a VPN, and you will run into a problem if you use a VPN to access Hulu. I would recommend best Canada VPNs to my friends and he use it to see Netflix and Hulu...ect. Here are a list of best Canada VPNs @

what do you mean a vpn that's canadian vpn? as long as your provider has a vpn server in canada, you'll get a connection from the canadian ip, with encryption and all, provided your provider is offering it. the only thing you'll need to be aware of is the laws in canada. i believe it's even better to have something having vpn servers in canada but isn't registered from canada because then it won't be bound by canadian laws

if you're feeling lost, feel free to google it or visit this as a starting point.
