Hello guys,
I set up a VPN Server in my EC2 on AWS. I can use VPN client on Windows and Android to connect to it perfectly. But I cannot communicate with the server nor any device connected to the VPN. I'm able to connect to it on Ubuntu but when I try to ping the server or any other ip address attached to the vpn I get the host is unreachable. And when I run ip neigh, the ip address for the vpn server is shown as INCOMPLETE and sometimes as FAILED. I already tried to connect through other Ubuntu computers with no success. About the configuration, I tried 100 times to configure it even using the configuration file I exported using SoftEther for Windows.
Please help me and thanks :)

Thank you for your answer!
I configured the local bridge on my EC2 but it turns out that EC2 instances in Amazon don't allow Promiscuous mode, so I can connect to the VPN but I can't ping the VPN clients and on ubuntu even the server. Do you know what else I can do?

Please try to configure ad-hoc network with SecureNAT.

Did you configure routing table of the client and target network?
