Error 2 when i try reconnect

Hi all, i'm new in this, i'm using the VPN connection and works fine, at least the first try of connection, but if i disconnect and connect again i get this error

Error (Error Code 2):
Protocol error occurred. Error was returned from the destination server.

I'm using win 7 with ver-4.22 (9634).

To get start working again i must restart the computer, disconect internet don't works, closing other apps or reset my wireless device or reinstall the driver either.

(I don't know where is the log)

Checking using UDP works.

Could you try to restart the router?
