[Ask] About getting exclamation mark, can browse internet

Ill provide some info.
Private Server VPN, VPS, Os: Debian8, ISP: GMO
Client 1, Os: Win10
Client 2, Os: Win7
*client 1 and client 2 is different place also different ISP.
2 of them got exclamation mark on internet icon in taskbar when connected to priv. server vpn.
When 2 of them connected to random/same public server vpn (vpngate), no exclamation mark.
2 of them also can browse on internet with exclamation mark (priv. server vpn)
How to fix (our) private server vpn to be no exclamation mark ?
