I am hosting a samba file share on an Ubuntu server which is also running Softether VPN server. Until a week ago, it was connected to the network with a wifi dongle. I setup Softether VPN on this machine, and it was working perfectly. Last week, I transitioned to a wired ethernet connection. Since then, remote users have not been able to access the server using the VPN client.
I have tried using a local bridge (although I'm not sure if it is set up right).
Here's what I need to happen:
REMOTE COMPUTER ----> VPN ----> OFFICE LAN ----> SERVER ----> FILES
Note that all of the remote computers that need to connect are running Windows 10.
Also, I am able to connect to the VPN fine, and am assigned an IP. However, when I open Windows File Explorer, none of the computers (including the server) which are on the LAN, appear like they do when I am connected to the office wifi.
I guess I don't understand what I'm missing. I can post the VPN configuration if needed. Any advice or help?

I think the mode of SecureNAT is changed.
So, please try to disable RawIP mode and kernel mode of SecureNAT in Virtual Hub Extended option.
