SoftEther VPN User Forum

This is my first time familiarizing myself with SoftEther. I have added multiple VPN connections and made sure I configured them the way I want them to be. I was using one of them earlier and connected fine. I come back a few hours later to reconnect to the same VPN and a window pops up asking me to authenticate again. I will add it again and the window will continue to pop up. It tell me that I am not connected to any VPN's and yet when I do a IP status check, my IP is masked under the same VPN that its asking me to authenticate. I went back to my configuration and double checked and re-typed my credentials just in case but no progress. I use RADIUS/ NT Domain Authentication.
What could I be doing wrong?

I guess a simple computer restart did the trick. No issues now
