LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'atlthunk.lib'

Hi there,
I used Windows 10 and Visual Studio 2008 SP1 64 bit and got this error "LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'atlthunk.lib'". This happened when "BuildAll" was being executed.
Would anyone help?
