Softether VPN Server on a VPS

Hello,
Installed the server on a VPS running windows 2012 R2.
Installed the client on my PC: I get an IP adress with the client and even with an OVPN-file generated by the server.
But for some reason I cannot access the webserver running on the VPS... which is another network of course.
I see only one NIC as administrator in the network configuration panel. So I seem te be unable to make a brdige or are there other solutions?
Any help or suggestions?
