unable to create any VPN connection from VPN SERVER!

when i wanted to create a VPN connection by using this link manually ".opengw.net" according to the L2TP(or other) guides on PUBLIC VPN RELAY SERVERS LIST ,i receive this message "the connection attempt failed because of failure to encrypt data"
PLEASE HELP ME ....I AM IN SERIOUS TROUBLE!!!
