version 4.14 client- error 2, protocol error

Hi, i have installed the version 4.14 client with plugin last day
but i can't connect to ANY relay sever when i click it to one vpn server, it always get an error "Error 2: Protocol Error." via my new installed router Linksys e8350 ( donnt know is it a matter of that?),
and i have tried to use other device to connect and still get the error 2 same
