The issue kicks in at about 20Mbps connection usage, and keeps going, when it hit high level of I/O the cpu usage gets too high.

I Don´t know what is going on...

No, each one of my servers are connected with 1Gbit link.

Here is one printscreen showing 23% server usage, but only using 15Mbps of the line.

Processor is Intel Xeon E-5

Could you check the status of SecureNAT on the VPNGATE Virtual Hub?

If the "Kernel-mode NAT" is running, it is OK. However if the Kernel-mode NAT is not working, there must be something problems.
