how to use proxy option within Softether VPN

For last couple of hours I am trying to set up proxy using Softether option.
VPN Client Manager works great and I am happy with that. But I need to use program at my work which needs proxy in order to connect to the server.
So I set up proxy (now without user and password)using SoftEther VPN Server Manager -> Dynamic DNS Setting ->Connect via Proxy Server-> Connect Via HTTP Proxy Server->Proxy Server Setting
What Host Name should I put into empty fields?
10.0.0.1 or 127.0.0.1 or mayby my server IP number?
I tried all above and proxy is not working.
