SoftEther VPN User Forum

Hi, I am trying to establish a L2TP connection to this specific server, and it does not respond on port 1701.
nanamoe-2nd.opengw.net / 133.202.226.247 / (FL1-133-202-226-247.tky.mesh.ad.jp)
'telnet 133.202.226.247 1701' times out, ping is ok.
It's the only japanese server in list with L2TP so I don't have any other option. In past, I used L2TP VPN with other vpngate servers without problems.
So I'm thinking - should this be reported to server admin and how?

ps other protocols are out of question since I am using Mikrotik router, not a PC. It does not support user/password-less OVPN, does not understand keys included in ovpn files, and does not correctly work with SSTP protocol since one of updates

Nevermind that.
Since I need VPN once or twice in a month to access single japanese server, instead of setting it up on router I installed pfsense in VM and this setup works with OVPN. I added static route on my main PC pointing to this VM and everything works fine.
