Unable to connect to VPN, status "Connecting" is displayed

Hello there. I can't connect to VPN (status "Connecting" is infinitely displayed) and can't troubleshoot this problem, because server-side teams say that I haven't had any connection to them at all. Also, my internet provider says that there aren't any restrictions from their side. So how can I troubleshoot it? Are there any ways to find out what the root cause is?

I found a solution. The problem was in my router Archer A6 TP-Link. I changed MTU setting from 1480 to 1400 and it works now.
