Connect to Taiwan SoftEther/openvpn servers

Can I connect to Taiwan vpn server? Because SoftEtherVPN app now (within 200 servers) don't have any Taiwan's servers at VPN server's list. Where can I find free and fast Taiwan server's for Netflix? Or maybe somebody known Taiwan's SoftEther openvpn's server? PS. Taiwanese servers ExpressVPN don't work with Netflix, and NordVPN, Winscribe and WeVPN Taiwanese server's working with Netflix, but unfortunately veeeryy sloow speed (0.3 - 2 mbps on Netflix).
