my vpn server is not list in the public

hi i run windows server and after that run the vpn server on it .
in the my pc i can connect very well
but there is a problem ... my vpn hostname is not in the public hostname .
i use vpn gate app in the android and i cannot fine my server
is there any app for android to use my server?
