SoftEther VPN Connection Android recent models and operating systems

On my Android phone there is no L2TP/IPsec option, only these options appear:

IKEv2/IPSec MSCHAPv2
IKEv2/IPSec PSK
IKEv2/IPSec RSA

So in view of this as would be the configuration for my Redmi 9 having these options? in the configuration tutorial does not appear updated information on this topic.

How would I use SoftEther VPN on my android, hopefully there are clear answers and you can tell me what to do step by step.
