Subnets in SoftEther VPN

Hello, I would like to know if there is any way to create a configuration on my SoftEther VPN server to connect two clients, assigning a different subnet to each client so that there is no connection between them. However, these clients must be able to connect to the server, and the server must connect to both clients. The server has Veeam Backup installed and is used to perform backups. Does anyone know how I can configure this? Thank you.
