Cannot access and ping vpn server

Hi guys,

This is my setup:

VPN server with IP 192.168.1.106. On this server, I have multiple apps running and a Hyper-V VM.
Router/gateway: 192.168.1.1
VPN configured with SecureNAT: 192.168.30.1
Everything was working flawlessly until today (or the past few days). When I connect using the OpenVPN Connect app on my phone, an IP is assigned, and I can access the entire network (I can ping 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.110 <VM IP>).

However, I cannot reach the server (192.168.1.106) or the web apps running on it.

Any suggestions?

If you have not made any system changes, eg. in Hyper-V Virtual Ethernet Adapter, then the latest Windows update appears responsible for the disruption. Roll-back, re-try, reboot.
