SoftEther VPN Can't Connect

I want to connect vpn through VPN Gate Public Relay Servers it works really well but somehow it stuck at acquiring ip address even the connection has been sucessful connected just like in the picture.sorry my bad english

Can you access the internet properly through the gateway?

You may want to check your IP address using http://checkip.org/
