Softether and apt-get in Ubuntu 16.04

I ran into a lot of problem having vpnserver blocking apt-get install and apt-get purge when running vpnserver on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.

apt-get won't work with vpnserver active.

Error:
insserv: warning: script 'vpnserver' missing LSB tags and overrides

Just wanted to let you know.
