Traffic not benlonging to VPN is processed by VPN server

Traffic not belonging to VPN is processed by VPN server.
When i use TCP reverse proxy on same machine where i have VPN it is processed by vpnserver process.
So 200mbit on different port(where lives haproxy) somehow make vpnserver eat lot of CPU time.
VPN server is configured for SecureNAT so it should not even try to catch all incoming traffic on real IP of my VPS.
