Hi
I carefully installed a SoftEther VPN Server on a Windows machine and a SoftEther VPN Client on another machine. The Server is online, but the client is unable to connect to the server.
The error is: Error Code 1 - Connection to the server failed...
I tried any combination of ports.
Please, could you help me?
Thank you
Giuliano

Re: Connection to the server failed
would it be the windows firewall issue on the server machine?
try to disable the server firewall for testing. if it works, reenable the firewall and allow the specific port(s).

Re: Connection to the server failed
Thank you for your assistance.
I discovered the problem. The server is behind a NAT Router.
If I set a port forwarding to the server IP address, I am able to connect.
Unfortunatedly I need to install the server on a network where I have no possibility
to do any settings..
Do you know any workaround?
Thank you again
