I upgraded (down-loaded and installed) SoftEther VPN Client: Build 9074. After that I get the following message when I click on the "Relay Servers" option in the VPN client manager. Please see the attached screen shot. I am unable to find VPN Gate Plug-in Build 9074. Can you please help me to find it here?
