How install softether VPN on KVM

i've been succeded install softether on openVZ using local bridge.. and now i want to install it on kvm.. it's different ??

i also install on windows KVM.. just install softether vpn server for windows, and use localhost

if i set local bridge on, WHO will give the ip to client? (no DHCP server)
